Attendance says a person was on site for eight hours. It says nothing about whether the floor was cleaned, the patrol was walked, or the checklist was finished.
Photographs of the work, task by task
You set the tasks for each site once. Your worker sees them in order, photographs each one as they finish, and the app records where and when each photo was taken.

A person still decides whether it is good enough
Software can prove a photo was taken at that site at that time. It cannot say the floor is clean. Your supervisor accepts, accepts with a note, or rejects with a reason, and that decision is permanent.
